2. Shipping Locations

Currently, Simplarobe.com ships only within India.

We deliver to most pin codes across:

  • Metro cities

  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities

  • Towns and select rural areas

Delivery availability depends on courier service coverage for your location. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout or contacted by our support team.

🚫 International shipping is not available at this time.


3. Order Processing Time

All orders placed on Simplarobe.com are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Processing Timeline

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days

  • Business Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

Orders placed on Sundays or national/state holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note:

  • Processing time does not include delivery time.

8. Packaging Standards

Our Packaging Includes

  • Quality poly bags or boxes

We aim to deliver your products in excellent condition, exactly as ordered.


9. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

Courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept the order

The package may be:

  • Returned to origin (RTO)

  • Cancelled without refund (in COD cases)

  • Refunded partially after deducting shipping charges (in prepaid cases)

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate.


10. Address Changes

Once an order is placed, address changes are not guaranteed.

If you need to modify your address:

Address changes after dispatch are not possible.


11. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While delays are rare, if your order:

Orders returned due to incorrect information may not qualify for free reshipping.
